These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlj6 ("jlj6," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jlj6 website located at https://jlj6.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jlj6, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jlj6.

Access to and use of the jlj6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, real-money gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. jlj6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity without proper authorization.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) active account on jlj6. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlj6 or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlj6 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access real-money games and services on jlj6, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlj6 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jlj6 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jlj6 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jlj6 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

jlj6 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until verification is complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

All financial transactions on jlj6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlj6 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to a local bank account

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your jlj6 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jlj6 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and on a priority basis for VIP members. Funds are remitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jlj6 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

jlj6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name on your verified jlj6 account. Any discrepancy may result in the withdrawal being declined pending further verification.

jlj6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jlj6 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: jlj6 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All games available on the jlj6 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All slot and RNG-based table games on jlj6 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by jlj6 or any player.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Physical cards, wheels, and dice are used in all live dealer games. jlj6 does not manipulate the outcome of any live dealer game. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned to players at jlj6's discretion.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, jlj6 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes to the players involved. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jlj6 will not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlj6 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jlj6 systems, databases, or other players' accounts
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your jlj6 account

jlj6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial difficulty, or personal harm, it is time to seek help.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

jlj6 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the jlj6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jlj6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlj6.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlj6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jlj6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlj6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlj6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jlj6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jlj6 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (payment processors, KYC providers, game studios) and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

jlj6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlj6 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlj6 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlj6 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
